He was born in Kırıkkale in 1971.
He attended primary and secondary school in Kırıkkale.
He graduated from Maltepe Military High School in 1988, which he entered in 1984.
He graduated from GATA Military Medical Faculty in 1988-1994.
After his internship in 1994-1995 GATA Training Hospital, he worked as an infirmary chief physician at Siirt Gendarmerie Regional Command between 1995-1996 and at Batman Gendarmerie Regional Command between 1996-1997.
He specialized in the Urology Clinic of GATA Haydarpaşa Training Hospital between 1997-2001 and became a urology specialist in December 2001, In 2002-2003 Gendarmerie Anıttepe dispanzer and in 2003-2006 Beytepe Asker.
He worked as a urologist at the hospital.
He started working as an assistant professor at GATA Urology Department in December 2006 and became an associate professor of Urology in April 2010.
Between November 2010-2011, he collaborated with Urooncology at the Cancer Center of the University of New York Colombia and received urological robotic surgery training.

After completing his education at the Center, he received a "Console Surgeon" certificate in robotic surgery.
In 2013, he was appointed as Associate Professor of Urology Clinic at Istanbul GATA Haydarpaşa Training Hospital, in September 2016-October 2017 SBU Sultan Abdulhamit Han Education and Research.
He continued this duty in the urology clinic of the hospital.
He worked as an associate professor at SBU Urology Department.
Between October 2017 and December 2018, he served as the training officer of SBU Haseki Training and Research Hospital.
In July 2021, he retired from the faculty of Associate Professor at the Department of Urology at SBU.
He has many studies in the field of andrology (male sexual diseases), and he is the first person in the world to find and apply pulse radiofrequency therapy in the treatment of premature ejaculation.
